Steadfast love and faithfulness will meet; righteousness and peace will kiss each other.
God of Love and Peace, in this season of expectant hope, we find it hard to maintain that hope. We feel lost amidst the carnage and hatred that plague our world. Sustain us that we may remain steadfast in following the One who came to show us the way. Through our faithfulness to the righteous example of Jesus, who loved and ministered to all, may we too meet love and embrace peace, spreading through our ministries the expectant hope of an end to strife and envy and a world filled with peace.
