Chief Financial Officer
Debra A. Shaw, CPA is the Chief Financial Officer at the National Council of Churches. She joined the Council in January 2013. She oversees all aspects of the Council’s finances, including the development and management of budgets, preparation of financial statements and reporting to the Council’s governing board, in collaboration with the board’s finance and audit committees. Shaw brings to the Council three decades of financial management experience in the private, public and nonprofit sectors.
Debra has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
